Nightmare - working in Night Club!!

It's not always fun working in a night club especially on a weekend.I have heard people saying " what you are is what when nobody is seeing you" but I think"what you are is what when you are drunk and everybody is seeing you!!!"

You get to see the real people in the night clubs starting from begging entry when they are not dressed in accordance with the club rules to arguing that "It's my birth right to drink as much as I want and wherever I want and you have no right to stop me drinking".

The law of Club says..."nightmarish effect of a night club employee is directly proportional to the sale of alcohol, intake of alcohol by the patrons, number of patrons inside the club, proximity to the closing time and to the increase in the decibel of the sound ( some people call it MUSIC!!!)"

Yesternight (can anyone recommend my contribution to the Oxford English Dictionary meaning 'last night' similar to Yesterday and yesteryear) was nightmarish at the club I work and made me to come out with the Law of Club.At the entrance some arguing with the difference between a flip flop and sandals by giving all empirical evidences, fighting for their right to enter and as time goes up when the dance floor is full, a big team of our bouncers struggling to get the guys(both the sex) carrying bottles on the dance floor.

Meanwhile another gentleman??( as how it is written on the toilet doors) sneaked in the female toilet(poor guy,may be confused!!) and we had to pull him out.Another person standing next to me has been seen spitting as if the club floor is his wash basin. I have seen him doing this twice, I mustered courage, prayed God(give me the strength),called a bouncer to stand next to me for any unexpected punch and yelled at that guy"Next time I see you spitting I will through you out of the Club".To my surprise, he apologised for the mistake.

Now outside the club, the patrons behave as if they all got some oracle that they should carry the glass after drinking and keep walking out with glasses. The security has to snatch, request, beg to collect all glasses and sometimes they also derive pleasure from breaking the bottles, glasses in the car park.

yesternight, as a small group clash was creating nuisance,we called police-first we have been told that only 2 vehicles are there and both went for patrolling. Later what turned up was a battalion of army comprising tall, well built soldiers from different countries armed with guns.Suddenly for my eyes, the car park was looking like a "Tienanmen square" .I was imagining, the mob turning unruly, the soldiers opening fire ,chaos, screaming, dead bodies, news through the world....but what happened was a fully drunk guy abusing the entire battalion of soldiers, got the name of one of the soldier and shouting at him " you bloody f......., i will deport you tomorrow from this country" and used all possible permutations and combinations of abusive languages against them and they very silently went back as if they came to hear the early morning (3 am) sermon.

It was really nightmare to see all these characters off the club premises....
