Let's get citizenship at Kailasa- the new Neverland of Nitthi

I have always been fascinated by the entertainments of this God man, Nithyananda aka HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam ( HDH refers to His Divine Holiness). Despite being a rape accused fugitive, he has been making rounds on the media for building his own nation, KAILASA and more recently for unveiling Kailasa currency through the Reserve bank of Kailasa😮



Let us see some interesting, funny facts about Kailasa and its de facto head of the state.

1. Nitthi (as how he is fondly called by people who love him) is a smart man who calls his nation as an E-nation to avoid his followers and potential citizens of Kailasa asking him where it is located. There are speculations that Kailasa has been set up on a privately owned island off the coast of Ecuador or in the Turks & Caicos islands, Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean.However, these governments have been denying the entry and purchase of any island in their territory by Nitthi.

2. Buying a private island is not any thing new as many countries like Maldives, Fiji, Cambodia, Seychelles, PNG allow individuals or corporates to own islands by selling or leasing. It is similar to owning a piece of land, chateaus, vineyards, coffee or tea estates within a country. The owners of these islands or estates reserve the right to allow entry to these places as it is privately owned, can have internal policies and enjoy some exemptions but they are obliged to abide by the law of the country as it part of those countries.

For example: Maldives follows "One island One resort" concept where the resort islands are owned by individuals or companies who can decide the residents of the island (staff, guests and permitted visitors) and can restrict entry of others except the government authorities. While the rest of the country strictly follows no sale or consumption of alcohol or pork products, resort islands are exempted from this. Just because these resort islands are privately owned, they are not exempted from the jurisdiction and it is NOT a separate country within the country.

3. We have seen formation of new countries by splitting existing countries into different sovereign states or countries ( disintegration of USSR, split of Yugoslavia, formation of South Sudan) by peaceful or by means of wars and civil unrests. For a territory to be declared as a country, recognition by the UN or at least NO recognition, on going fight for recognition is necessary like Taiwan ROC, Kosovo etc., and there should be diplomatic, trade ties with other countries and so on. That's why Nitthi has proclaimed his country, Kailasa as an e-nation where citizens of other country can become Kailasian (the demonym for the people of Kailasa) by applying for e-passport. It is worth to note that India still does not have e-passports for its citizens but Kailasa is ahead of times.

4. The much hyped about kailasian dollar, Porkasu (Gold coin) is made in eight different denominations. Nitthi's disciples are going gaga over the unveiling of the currency from the Reserve bank of Kailasa 😕and that 1 Kailasian dollar is roughly equivalent to USD 730.00(11.66 gms of gold). Something what we are missing out here is the Kailasian dollar is not a legal tender and it is similar to the gaming chips or plastic tokens of food courts which has value within the casino or at the mall and just a piece of plastic or metal outside the casinos.The so called Kailasian dollar will have value for the metal (gold)content and no other value anywhere except in the coffers of Kailasians and some numismatists.Perhaps, Nitthi has copied this model from the Gold Dinar concept suggested by a group of muslim countries a decade ago for trading among them without using USD.

5. What will happen to this bubble ? If Nitthi is living outside India, he will be expelled from wherever he is living for meddling up with the sovereignty of that country or India will extradite him, put him behind bars or give him the highest rank as a Pontiff or in the worst case scenario, Nitthi will formally set up Kailasa with the present Indian government's support and lobby in the UN because 'Miracles do happen' like Me in me talking to me in you😁😁
